We offer a complete money back guarantee on any item purchased from our website. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, please email us immediately at madproductsau@gmail.com and we will remedy the problem as soon as possible. If the goods are faulty, we will pay the cost of postage to return them. If it is for a change of mind or error on your part, we ask that you post the goods back to us. Please contact us first to arrange this.

Orders are filled from stock on hand at our studio. We make every effort to keep all items in quantities to meet customer demands. However, like with all retail businesses, stock levels of some items can unexpectedly run low at times, often for reasons beyond our control. If it is not in stock it is usually on order. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative item or you can choose to cancel your order.

The process from receipt of an order to the package being sent generally takes less than 3 business days. If there is to be a delay, we will contact you and confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order. Orders to capital cities are generally received within 2-3 working days from the time of posting. Regional areas may take longer.

If you are concerned that your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please email us at madproductsau@gmail.com and we will follow it up for you. Parcels are generally returned to us 14 days after an attempted delivery fails.

We charge three rates when posting any order within Australia. Small size cost $3 medium size cost $7 large size cost $20. Parcels are sent using Australia Post or Sendle.
