We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We only accept orders from within Australia. Within this area, our policies as to delivery and returns apply.


All prices are in Australia dollars. Please refer to your invoice or our website for current pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Our price lists and wholesale catalogues should be used as a guide only. Prices are quoted before freight charges.


The items on our website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). You must pay GST at the same time and in the same manner as the goods. We will give you a tax invoice showing the applicable GST.

Wholesale price lists are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).


Register with MAD products to gain access to our wholesale price list. Applications are reviewed within two business days. Upon approval, you will receive online access.

You acknowledge that once you place an order with us, online or in person, we may not permit you to vary or cancel the order unless you compensate us for the losses we incur or we otherwise consent. Goods placed into the website cart (for unpaid orders) will be held for 60 minutes. When this limit is reached, the pending order will be cancelled. We have the right to accept or decline, in whole or in part, an order from you.

You are liable to us for all goods charged to your Account, until paid in full. Ownership of goods passes to you at time of payment in full. We remain the owner of all goods covered by an invoice until you have paid in full the invoice value of those goods. Only once payment confirmation has occurred will products be released.

Any breach, of this Agreement may lend cause for us to suspend or forfeit credit facilities without notice and/or close your Account.


The privacy of your personal information is a priority to us. We respect your rights to privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and we are committed to complying with the Privacy Act’s requirements in respect of the collection and management of your personal information. In general terms, this means any information that can be used to identify you, including your name, address, telephone number and email address.

We collect information so that we can provide you with a great service. As a wholesaler or prospective wholesaler, we may collect your name, business and personal address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, business background, bank account details, credit history, potential discount entitlements and trade references.

We may also collect personal information about you from third parties, including from additional account holders on your account, or your authorised representative(s).

  • if you are or become a wholesaler of ours, to communicate with you about your account with us, including issuing bills and seeking payment of those bills;

  • if you make an enquiry via our telephone helpline or via our website, to answer your enquiries and provide any information or documents requested by you;
